Weekly Finds

I mentioned in yesterday's post that while we were in Hattiesburg this weekend we did a little shopping at Trees and Trends.  They had all their fall and Halloween decor on sale for 40% off.  I love a good sale and I love fall decorations.  Here are my finds during my shopping trip.

I got this cute sparkle Boo! sign for my front door and added a black burlap bow.  I love it.  I also picked up a wooden jack-o-lantern for my front porch.

I think it will make my house a fun place for trick or treaters to visit.

I had to have these two whimsical metal jack-o-lanterns as well.

Aren't they fun?  I am enjoying them inside by my fireplace right now, but I think they will hang out on the front porch with us on Halloween night.

I love them.

I bought a cute bird finial and pottery pumpkin.  I am not sure where these two guys will eventually live, but I am currently enjoying them on my kitchen counter.

I love how the pumpkin has a wired stem that you can move; and bonus it has a fall leaf at the end of it.

Have you made any wonderful finds recently?

We are still looking for a forever home for our foster pup Wags.  She is dreaming of her forever family.

Isn't she sweet?  If you know anyone looking for a very snuggley fur baby Wags is adoptable through Red Collar Rescue.

She'd be very happy to meet you!

  3. Hola! I love the bird finial and the ceramic pumpkin, beautiful colors and patina on them. I can't tell if the pieces are "vintage" or made to look that way, and to me it doesn't make any difference, I love the looks of them. I hope you will find nice spots for them, perhaps rotating them in and out for different seasons. The birdy, for instance, would do great in spring, summer and fall! The pumpkin can be used September - end of November. What great scores!
